A Message from our Founder, Ali Katz
Hello lawyers! I'm excited to share with you that New Law Business Model has made the Inc.5000 list for the 2nd year in a row. But, more importantly, I want you to know why and how this impacts you.
While I've been training lawyers on this New Law Business Model that I created in my own private practice since 2006, it wasn't until about 4 years ago that I really grew into myself as a leader.
As lawyers, we really are not taught leadership skills. Have you noticed?
So New Law Business Model was pretty much stuck at a limited level of impact, meaning we didn't have the capacity to serve as many lawyers as I wanted to, while I figured out how to be a true leader.
Because without leadership skills, there is a limit to how many people you can serve. And maybe you are noticing that in your own practice. You want to serve more, and earn more income, but it's not happening.
Making the Inc.5000 list for two years in a row, with 60% growth in year 1 and 99% growth in year 2, is a representation of our growth as a company, but really a reflection of my own personal leadership growth and capacity to serve and lead.
And as I have learned to lead, I have incorporated leadership training into the training we provide to our members + members-in-training. It's baked into how we support you here, and while we may not talk about it overtly in our advertising or marketing, it's a key component of how we support our lawyers.
Every lawyer we work with who becomes THE 'go-to lawyer' in their community for families and small business owners, also becomes a leader in their life and community.
At the end of the day, you becoming a true leader in your life and community is what all of this is about for me. Because when you are a leader, you will make a real difference. Our entire team is here in service to your leadership.
