- Sponsor. The reMARKABLE PAPER PRO + BOOK FOLIO Sweepstakes & the GROWTH AUDIT Sweepstakes (collectively the “Sweepstakes”) are sponsored by It’s All Happening LLC, dba New Law Business Model, 2248 Meridian Blvd Ste H, Minden, Nevada, 89423 (the “Sponsor”).

Eligibility. Open only to natural persons who are (a) legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, (b) at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their state of residence, if higher) at the time of entry, and (c) licensed attorneys or owners/partners of a law firm. Employees, contractors, and representatives of Sponsor and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. The GROWTH AUDIT Sweepstakes is open only to established Estate Planning Firms that are on a consistent run-rate to reach $20k or more per month in revenue.
Participation is subject to all applicable professional responsibility and ethics rules. Void where prohibited or restricted by applicable bar regulations or professional conduct rules.

Promotion Period. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Pacific Time on September 22, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Pacific Time on September 25, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
- How to Enter.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Eligible individuals may enter either or both of the Sweepstakes during the Promotion Period using the following method. All entries, regardless of method, have equal odds of winning.
a. Fill out the applicable entry form for each Sweepstakes at the NewLaw booth at the Wealth Counsel Symposium
Entry Limits:
Maximum total entries per person during the Promotion Period: one (1) for each Sweepstakes, regardless of method of entry.
Use of multiple email addresses, identities, or any attempt to exceed entry limits may result in disqualification.

Prize. For the reMARKABLE PAPER PRO + BOOK FOLIO Sweepstakes, one (1) winner will receive a reMARKABLE PAPER PRO + BOOK FOLIO (the “Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $858. For the GROWTH AUDIT Sweepstakes, one (1) winner will receive a GROWTH AUDIT (the “Prize”). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,997. Prize is not transferable, may not be resold, and has no cash alternative. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the Prize becomes unavailable.

Winner Selection and Odds. Within approximately [4–14] days after the end of the Promotion Period, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Winner Notification. The potential winner will be notified by email at the address associated with their entry and may be required to complete and return an eligibility affidavit and/or IRS Form W‑9 within [5–7] days. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond in the required time, is found ineligible, or fails to complete the required documentation, the Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Taxes. All federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If required by law, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 for the ARV of the Prize.

Publicity. Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the Prize constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, firm name, city and state of residence, likeness, and statements about the Sweepstakes and Prize for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without additional compensation.
Residents of California may be required to provide separate written consent for any such use, and may decline publicity participation without forfeiting the Prize.

General Conditions. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor, and to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or acting in violation of these Rules.

Release and Limitation of Liability. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the Prize, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law. The Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent superseded by applicable federal, state, or local law.
