3. Contract Signing
  • Primary Attorney Agreement: To be signed by the firm owner.
  • Associate Attorney Agreement: To be signed by each associate attorney.

4. Onboarding Process
  • Once contracts are signed, associates receive a welcome email with their MemberHub login details
  • Once logged in, they can view their first steps via their Member Dashboard
  • Our team will provide support throughout the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.

Can I enroll multiple associate attorneys at once?

What is included in Associate PFL Membership?

Your Associate gets access to everything you also have in your membership with two small exceptions:
1. They do not have a cohort and do not need to pass the PFL Assessment because they are granted PFL status as a member of your PFL firm

2. They do not have 1:1 Law Business Success Coaching support (but you may allow them to meet with your coach in your place if your memebrship includes 1:1 coaching).

Everything else that you have access to as a PFL member is also available to your Associate PFL Attorney via their unique MemberHub account log ins and/or email invite.

What support will my associates receive? Do they get coaching?

Will My Associate PFL Attorney need to pass the PFL Assessment or Join a Cohort?

Because you, as the primary attorney have obtained PFL status on behalf of your firm. any Associate you enroll  in an Associate PFL Membership is considered a PFL and does not join a cohort.

If, however, the Associate leaves your firm, they will need to rejoin New Law Business Model's as a member to maintain their PFL status.

Are there any long-term contracts or commitments?
