Associate PFLs get access to nearly everything included in your membership, including MemberHub, group coaching, training, templates, and marketing tools.
The only differences:
- No cohort or PFL Assessment is required — They’re granted PFL status under your firm.
- No 1:1 coaching is included — However, you may allow them to use your coaching session if your membership includes it.
Yes! Associates receive group coaching, PMA support, law mentorship, and access to the full training library in MemberHub. If your membership includes 1:1 coaching, they can attend a session in your place.
No. As the Primary Attorney, you've already obtained PFL status on behalf of your firm. Any Associate you enroll under your Associate PFL Membership is granted PFL status and does not need to join a cohort or pass the assessment.
However, if they leave your firm, they’ll need to enroll independently and pass the assessment to retain PFL status.
Yes. Associate PFL Membership requires an initial 12-month commitment.
After that, your membership continues month-to-month, and you can cancel at any time with 45 days’ written notice.
If you cancel with less than 45 days' notice before your 12-month term ends, you’ll be billed for one additional month beyond the end of your contract.
After signing, your Associate will get:
- A welcome email
- MemberHub login credentials
- Access to their personalized dashboard
- Our team will guide them through their first steps.
