Allison Osborn

Allison currently serves as the Director of Coaching & Lead Coach at New Law Business Model and has spent the last eight years coaching and supporting hundreds of NLBM attorneys around building lives and businesses they love.

She is a certified coach and facilitator as recognized by the Relational Leadership Training Institute, and received her masters degree in Existential Coaching from the University of Middlesex in London in 2018. She has spent the last 20 years immersed in personal development and entrepreneurship.

Allison is deeply passionate about bringing the work of communication skills and relational intelligence to NLBM attorneys, as she believes this work is key not only to a successful business, but to having a fulfilling life.

Jessica lives in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada’s capital. In her free-time, she can be found in nature, at her family cottage or practicing guitar. Her training as a coach and facilitator began in 1999 with certification in NeuroLinguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy and Timeline Therapy™️. Her previous experience in Government led to her first consulting business, next came a decade of managing non-profits before moving into coaching full time.

Jessica is currently a Senior Coach New Law Business Model and has worked with hundreds of lawyers supporting them to create thriving businesses. In her coaching work, Jessica helps individuals uncover and integrate the obstacles that have been preventing them from achieving their goals.
