What NLBM Lawyers Are Saying
"Since C4 I've had 100% engagement"
- Heather Pietroforte, NLBM Lawyer
“C4 is the catalyst for getting me to where I want to go. This is the piece I’ve been missing.”
- Stephanie Scarborough, NLBM Lawyer
“We’re trained to issue spot, come up with various options, and give our recommendations. What we miss in that is actually building a connection with our client… Building a relationship of trust & connectivity... This is life changing.”
- Hector de Jesus, NLBM Lawyer Member
“To see that we (lawyers) could and were capable of creating this kind of connection in literally minutes of learning the skills/tools blew my mind. I am proud to be part of this… It was so worth it for me… Life altering!… #changedforlife”
– Irene de Jesus, NLBM Lawyer
“This will help me tremendously in networking events, when I’m presenting, even when I’m talking to prospects… Because if I can connect with them initially… That will make it easier for them to sit down with me and see how exactly I can help them build their dreams… This is the missing link.”
– Charles Bishota, NLBM Lawyer
“I’ve struggled with how to incorporate the part of me that can connect personally – And still be a lawyer who’s trustworthy and that people see as their trusted advisor… This has helped me connect a lot of dots about how I can incorporate those pieces.”
– Beverly Davidek, NLBM Lawyer
Here’s the thing. It’s a sense of connection that makes all the difference between people wanting to work with you, or not.
Law school taught you to be a great lawyer.
We’re here to teach you how to be a different kind of lawyer.
Law school likely taught you the foundations of what you needed to begin your journey as a competent attorney. But it likely didn’t teach you the relational skills you need to truly counsel and really be with your clients, have honest conversations with your staff, move prospects through their procrastination and into action, and confidently stand behind the value you provide.
If you are:
Not engaging as many clients as you want to be,
Not charging the fees you want to be,
Not working the number of hours you want to be, or
Without the team support you need to have the life you really want…
…then you need to join us this fall.
In fact, we are so confident in the power of this work that if you don’t feel like you’ve gotten your money’s worth and then some…
We’ll refund 100% of your tuition.
No questions asked. Guaranteed.
