Allison Osborn

Allison currently serves as the Director of Member Services & Lead Coach at New Law Business Model and has spent the last eight years coaching and supporting hundreds of NLBM attorneys around building lives and businesses they love.

She is a certified coach and facilitator as recognized by the Relational Leadership Training Institute, and received her masters degree in Existential Coaching from the University of Middlesex in London in 2018. She has spent the last 20 years immersed in personal development and entrepreneurship.

Allison is deeply passionate about bringing the work of communication skills and relational intelligence to NLBM attorneys, as she believes this work is key not only to a successful business, but to having a fulfilling life.

Jess Nichol
Jess Nichol

Jess Nichol is a group facilitator, leadership consultant, and public speaker.
Throughout her career, Jess has found herself at the center of high-stakes moments. She enjoys finding validity in multiple perspectives and supporting others to do the same, whether mediating a conversation between two people or facilitating a group of a hundred.
She has taught thousands how to communicate in more authentic and compelling ways. Jess has worked with executives, corporate groups, religious groups, middle school students, groups of women, families, and couples. Her current focus is the CA criminal legal system, advocating for holistic approaches such as restorative justice and community-based violence prevention.
Jess is known for her ability to deliver feedback in a way that people can hear, and she is often regarded by others, especially women, as a model for humble yet powerful self-expression.

Jessica Seguin
Jessica Séguin

Jessica lives in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada’s capital. In her free-time, she can be found in nature, at her family cottage or practicing guitar. Her training as a coach and facilitator began in 1999 with certification in NeuroLinguistic Programming, Hypnotherapy and Timeline Therapy™️. Her previous experience in Government led to her first consulting business, next came a decade of managing non-profits before moving into coaching full time.

Jessica is currently the Coaching Team Manager for New Law Business Model and has worked with hundreds of lawyers supporting them to create thriving businesses. In her coaching work, Jessica helps individuals uncover and integrate the obstacles that have been preventing them from achieving their goals.

Ariel Radack Krassner
Ariel Radack Krassner

Ariel is a master coach and consultant who has worked with large human service organizations and governmental bodies and small businesses to solve complex problems with practical solutions for almost a decade. She brings her educational background in Neuropsychology and Eastern Philosophy into her approach to business strategy. Based out of foothills above Boulder, CO, she deeply values the beauty of nature as an integral part of her life.
